Approach

Following an eclectic approach, maintaining flexibility and fusion of techniques and therapies that are most suited and beneficial for clients.

My core principle of Counselling is based on Evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Self-Compassion Therapy, Client Centred Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy approaches. An empathetic, broad-minded, and non-judgmental perspective with a strong code of ethics and maintaining confidentiality with a Primary focus on the client’s needs, comfort, and choices.

Individual Therapy

While dealing with a mental health issue, each individual goes through a different experience. Often it becomes difficult to explain those emotions and feelings to our family members and friends. Individual therapy helps one to openly share his/her problems with a Psychologist in a safe and confidential environment.

Couples Therapy

Apart from issues like addiction, infidelity, violence, etc., even small fights could lead to strong resentment against each other, leading to break up or divorce. Couples therapy plays an instrumental role in improving the physical and emotional aspects of a relationship.

Family Therapy

Family therapy addresses issues about the functioning of a family. This therapy aims to resolve interpersonal conflict. It encourages all the members of the family to communicate regularly with each other in a healthy way.

Child Therapy

Child therapy also known as child counseling or play therapy, refers to a specialized form of therapy designed to address the emotional, social, and psychological needs of children. It involves working with trained therapists who have expertise in child development and use age-appropriate therapeutic techniques to help children cope with various challenges, overcome difficulties, and promote healthy development.

Adolescence Therapy

Adolescence therapy, also known as teen therapy or adolescent counseling, refers to a form of therapy specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of teenagers. It is a specialized branch of therapy that focuses on the emotional, psychological, and social challenges that adolescents often face during their transition from childhood to adulthood.
